Maybe before a run, after a particularly gruelling lifting session, or on our recovery days. We will roll our muscles into submission, we think.Why? Well, because we’re supposed to, and something about fascia. And adhesion. And tight muscles. Yeah, that’s right…right?The thing is, most of us who diligently foam roll do so because we’ve been told we should.
