But what happens when you have a busy day, forget to prep or really fancy a chocolate bar? Not having a Plan B is often the biggest cause of the “all or nothing” approach. If you didn’t weigh out your egg whites this morning or missed out on your usual lunch time salad suddenly everything’s gone & you end up sacking it all off for biscuits & cake. This sort of thing can quickly wipe out progress.
